At VFix4U, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality IT services. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and in such cases, we are here to help with refunds where applicable. Below is our detailed refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refund
A customer may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The service booked was not completed as agreed or described.
- The serviceman was unable to fix the problem after multiple attempts, and the issue remains unresolved.
- The service was canceled by VFix4U or the service provider due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the unavailability of engineers or technical difficulties.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The service was completed as per the booking, but the customer is dissatisfied without a valid reason.
- The customer cancels the service after the serviceman has already reached the site.
- Any issue caused by improper use, tampering, or damage inflicted by the customer post-service.
- If the customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information about the service issue.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued under the following conditions:
- If only part of the service was completed before an issue arose.
- If the service cost includes parts or hardware, the customer may be refunded the service charge only, while the cost of parts is non-refundable.
4. Refund Request Process
- Customers must submit a refund request within 48 hours of the completed or canceled service.
- The request can be submitted through the VFix4U app by navigating to the "Support" or "Help" section and selecting "Request Refund."
- Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed within 5 business days, and the customer will be notified of the decision via email or app notification.
5. Refund Method
- If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, UPI, credit card) within 7-10 business days after approval.
- In case of payment made through cash, the refund will be issued through the preferred bank account provided by the customer.
6. Dispute Resolution
- If a customer disagrees with the refund decision, they may escalate the matter by contacting our customer support team at support@vfix4u.com or via our helpline.
- Disputes will be reviewed, and a final decision will be made within 14 business days.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
- VFix4U reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through the app or via email.
