Terms and Conditions

By placing a service request through the VFix4U app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding:

  1. Service Agreement
    VFix4U provides IT services at the customer’s doorstep. By booking a service, the customer agrees to allow our technician to access the necessary devices and systems to perform the requested services. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the issue(s) with their device(s).

  2. Payment Terms
    The customer agrees to pay the service charges as per the invoice generated through the app, which includes both labor and any replacement parts if applicable. All payments must be made through the provided payment methods at the time of billing. Service will not be considered complete until payment is made in full.

  3. Warranty and Liability
    a) VFix4U offers a limited warranty on parts and services, valid for 30 days from the date of service completion.
    b) The warranty covers only the specific services and parts provided by VFix4U and does not extend to any other devices or issues that may arise post-service.
    c) VFix4U is not liable for any data loss, damage to devices, or any indirect losses incurred during or after the service, except in cases of gross negligence by the technician.

  4. Data Privacy
    VFix4U respects your privacy. We collect and store only the necessary information to provide our services and handle billing. Personal data will not be shared with any third-party entities, except as required by law.

  5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
    a) The customer may cancel or reschedule a service request up to 5 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any fees.
    b) If the service is canceled or rescheduled after this period, a cancellation fee of 100/- will be applied.
    c) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, VFix4U reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments, and will inform the customer promptly.

  6. Customer Responsibilities
    a) The customer agrees to provide a safe working environment for the technician and ensures that all necessary permissions are granted for access to the premises and devices.
    b) The customer is responsible for backing up all data on their devices before the service. VFix4U is not liable for any loss of data.

  7. Use of Third-Party Products
    Where applicable, third-party hardware or software may be used to complete the service. VFix4U is not responsible for the performance or defects of third-party products, and any issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer or provider.

  8. Dispute Resolution
    In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to attempt resolution through mutual discussion with VFix4U. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate legal authority under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.

  9. Refund Policy
    In the event that a refund is warranted, VFix4U will process the refund within 2 business days of approval. The credited amount will be refunded to the original payment method used by the customer and may take 7-8 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the policies of the payment provider or bank.

  10. Modification of Terms
    VFix4U reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The customer will be informed of any significant changes before their next service request, and continued use of the app will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
